WE MUST IDENTIFY AND PROSECUTE INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS THAT WERE INVOLVED IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITY UNDER THE NNPC FUEL SUBSIDY PROJECT

Normally we would include scams involving NNPC with our general/broader investigations of public scams. However, the fuel subsidy scam is so big that we have decided to allocate additional efforts and resources to investigating it. We will be conducting a detailed research on the organisations that were were involved in the oil subsidy scheme.

Our investigations will do the following:
1) List all the organisations that are/were involved in the programme
2) List the Chief executives and directors of all these organisations
3) Detail all the payments (including the payment periods) that these organisation received under the scheme

With the above information, we can begin to identify crimes perpetrated under this scheme and the individuals who committed such crimes.
